After 3 years and much prayer ive found a break though! I woke up one morning with my tongue cramed up in the roof of my mouth. after anelizing the way my mouth was hurting I realized all the points of my tongue and pallet were the same.i went to the doctor, asked for xanax and bought a mouth peice for teeth grinding which I take and wear at night. this has stoped at least 90% of the problem. soon I will be going to an (ent)to find a permant solution.I hope this will help you.
