Hi Tim, Great question! We have many customers who have told us the best and most immediate results come from a combination of our product Digestin and the Buffer pH. You would take the Digestin 20 minutes prior to eating main meals, and the Buffer pH 1 hour after eating. This combination proves to provide the most immediate relief. Long term this combination will have damaged healed in 4-6 weeks on average. Hope this helps. Thanks,
