Hi Barb, I whole-heartedly think will help. I am speaking from personal experience. I lived on Pepcid Complete for a long time. I was lucky if I could make it though 1 bottle a week mine was so horrible. I hated taking the stuff because I would get wicked cramps that would make me dizzy and had to really watch driving because the would double me over. Since I started on the Buffer pH, my life has returned to normal. I know I had to be convined in trying it but I have to say I'm sorry I took so long to decide.
